Meditation

Meditation is about practising various techniques designed to promote relaxation, build internal energy and resilience. Meditation also assists us on our spiritual journey, helping us to develop compassion, love, patience, generosity and forgiveness, while learning to better understand ourselves. 

Peaceful MeditationMeditation is a natural way to promote and maintain physical, emotional and spiritual well being. It is simple and is often strengthened by participating in a group. It doesn't matter if you have tried before and couldn't work out how, as participating within a group is very different than trying alone, the group’s energy adds to the experience and getting into the zone easier and faster. You don't need to know how, you just need to want to. Let go of the rest. Everything that needs to happen will, in the right way. * Paula the facilitator and a trained counsellor. You will also learn personal protection that we practice as a ritual at the beginning of each session. You are safe, we are all safe.

* Participants are encouraged to bring a blanket/pillow as body temperature can drop while meditating. 

Simply Meditation

Ongoing activity until the end of November. 

Thursday evenings, from 7 to 8 pm.  

Oracle Wisdom holds weekly Guided Meditation classes usually in 6 weeks blocks. We have some space for casuals or anyone wishing to join in. You can begin any week. [If we have space.
